My game freezes

so i get into a game, and then i spawn, and then all of a sudden, the game just freezes and i can do anything and i have to reset my computer again.

is this a laptop? if so, what? does it have a discreet GPU? are you able to alt tab when your game freezes?

try running windows mode and see when your game freezes you get an error message
