I play a lot of older pc games like SAMP/LSRP (Same thing) I average 35-40 FPS on their mainly because I have a lot of mods what would my system specs get me on this game?

System: 64 Bit

SAMP is no where near as resource intensive as PR. Your CPU isn't that powerful, so it will definitely struggle. You haven't listed your GPU, which is required for this game.. I really can't throw a number at you because with PR, it varies between maps and gamemodes.. with your setup, even with a GPU, you will struggle.
