Complete list of ports for PR?

Hey there.

I was wondering if there was a complete list of ports for PR. I've looked all around portforward.com and other sites and they all differ. If I want to host a LAN/dedicated server what are the essential ports I need?
If possible could you say what port does what. Cheers.

EDIT: The only reason I said "essential" is because I want to open as little ports as possible as I am very paranoid about security.

I'm not sure how complete this list is or if it's accurate these days, but these are the ones I was told to open up when I had connectivity problems with various servers.
