I understand that some of the "Realizm" is to have no name tags over heads .

But maybe for Squad memeber there is posibale FIX that will show up imidiatly and bigger tag as soon as we aim at him . becouse it realy hard to know who stand with you and give orders without know there names and without press CAPS LOCK and look who is who

Unfortunately, there is no fix. Or at least nobody has ever found one.

The game only supports 64 tags, everybody else doesn't get one at all. So we decided that nobody gets them, consistency and all.
