Launch error

Hey guys,
when i click play, it gives me the loading thing but then the game tells me:" 1004: Error connecting to server.(10060) " i was playing early but then the game shut down and when i try to start it again that showed up. Does anyone know what could it be?

Same thing is happening to me. My internet connection seems fine so I don't know what the problem is.
