"1001: Error connecting to the server" bug

From some time when I wanted to play some PR this message [in the title]. So I though - "Hey, let's make another account". So I deleted old account, tried to create a new one, but when I clicked "Create Account" the very same message popped up. Any suggestions on how to fix it? I pretty much live PR right now, so this bug is really annoying.

OK, so apparently making a offline profile, playing a little on it and making a online profile afterwards solves the problem. At least it helped me.

Pretty sure it isn't a bug. Server was down temporarily this morning. Chances are by the time you went back to make an online accent the server was back up.
