Setting up a server

Who can I talk to about setting up a PR server. Our group tried doing this in the past but our server host rejected us installing the mod. This time, I have a new provider and they are happy to install PR onto a server but they need to know various things, like how its run on the server, how to configure it, how its installed etc. I also tried applying for a new licence, however, it says I have access already so I have no 'apply now' button, just a message saying I am able to access the server CP but when I do it says I do not have permission.

Any help would be appreciated
