The 32nd Light Infantry Regiment is a specialized closed squad, which looks for cooperation, willpower and the right attitude from its members. Every member in the squad has his own role, which he can roleplay further on the forums that we are about to set up. We have our own bootcamp server on which we can test your capabilities under pressure. You can be a newbie, but with us, we will forge you as a soldier, a modern warrior ready to give hell to the enemy and make them wish that they should have never been born. We play mostly on European servers, and we usually communicate through Skype to organize before a battle.I]

Having a decent connection, alongside with a working microphone, a good mental attitude that keeps you out from danger, following two training rounds at our bootcamp server and last and not least experience with a specific kit that you like.

We currently require:
- Combat Medics
They are required to costantly keep an eye for wounded squad members, without having to be reminded by the squadleader or from his second in command.
- Sniper / Marksmen
They are required to costantly keep the advancing fireteam covered from a vantage point to prevent flanking attacks. He is the eyes of the squadleader.
- Riflemen
The basic grunt, ready to chew brain and spit teeth out from the enemy.
- Anti Tank
Your buddy when an enemy APC or MBT shows up.
- Automatic Riflemen (Machinegunner)
When suppression is required, we have one tough ******* to give lead to the enemy.
- Breacher
Blowing up FOBs and enemy assets, and giving a hand to snipers to get into a vantage position.

Players Eisenbreckner and DerpDerp got invitation to [32nd], after proving their skill and mastery as combat medics. They kept their cool under fire and replied with even heavier fire on the enemy while curing their wounded squadmates. You guys get the rank of Sergeant and the Corpsman Ribbon for your services lended to the 32nd.
Player RedFalcon provided accurate sniper fire in the map Burning Sands while Maj. Andrus built the FOB near the intersection. Totalizing a number of 30 kills with his sniper rifle while under the British Forces. You get the Corporal rank, and the following ribbons.
Player DK.Enroe got the Defender Ribbon for providing cover for the construction of the mortar positions while under heavy fire incoming from the Domestic Airport.

To be honest, they would be right, it seems to be overcomplicated for PR.
But who know, hope for you it will work!

We are not purely milsim. We are a squad who likes to win, get first, and do their work correctly.
Had two rounds today on NwA server in Europe, we got first on both rounds with the awesome squad members Eisenbreckner and DerpDerp as medics.

If you see this post guys, you earned your Sergeant Chevrons in the 32nd, and the right to name yourselves [32nd]Sgt.<firstname letter>.<lastname>. Also, the sniper RedFalcon from BurningSands and DK.Enroe have the possibility to join up with Corporal Rank. You guys can skip the bootcamp.

Once again, teamwork pulls it off to a new level. My cheers to everybody for these two fast rounds on the =HOG= server. Cpt.winters and tr0n get my kudos for being really helpful despite the situation and the general absence of support from other squads in the team on Operation Merlin. Rotatingllama and Battlereactiionz are noted for their ability in always keeping an eye peeled on the horizon for enemy movement. Oorah!
