Boragh APC wheels not turning

Saw it today on Muttrah, the wheels inside the tracks were not turning. :eek: Can somebody confirm it, couldn't test it.

It is also on our BMP-1 which the Boragh is based on. I think it is only the left track that is not working. Thanks for report
