Boragh APC wheels not turning

Saw it today on Muttrah, the wheels inside the tracks were not turning.

Can somebody confirm it, couldn't test it.

It is also on our BMP-1 which the Boragh is based on. I think it is only the left track that is not working. Thanks for report
