Help whit BF2 editor

I wish to start making maps for PR. I have BF2 revive and windows 7.I download Rhinos list and try to install BF 2 editor,but its saying BFMFC.DLL is missing from your computer. Can you help me?

i had errors like this, the BFeditor is ment to be used on a windows XP PC. so right click on the installer, and go to compatibility, then run in both admin, and with Windows XP sp 1 or 2.
