I'm afraid you cannot request factions or stuff.

Make East German vs. British mini mod by using many already in-game assets/sounds,

Also I think you need permission from devs if you want to use existing content. Not sure how they work. Nice idea but I'd rather see the Soviet army (1970s) faction than this.
