IDF HAT piercing

IDF HAT does sometimes go through an entire vehicle and can actually hit another one behind it dealing damage to both.
Also it deals randomly more damage than it should: it can sometimes onehit destroy a tank on the side as well as leave it at 20% HP when shooting on its front.
Distance seems to affect this since it happened at close range (50 mts) but failed to reproduce at 200 mts.

Tested on local non-COOP server on Bijar map STD against both Merkava and T72-S tanks.
