1.4.1 Launcher showing up as 1.3

So I've been trying to install the latest update(s), but the file from the "Downloads" page (YES, I got the torrent for the 1.4.1 launcher) tries to install 1.3 for some reason. What's more, I can't even update it from the launcher once it is installed :(
