Anyone Had this Problem CTD

I have wierd problem since last version and in this one .
everytime i enter APC in burning sands . or sometimes if i enter a choper in operation merlin as a F4 sit ( left gun ) . i get CTD no matter what .

tryed reinstall .
new + old Nvidea drveirs .
Low vs high setting
no vs yes antialiasing .

any ideas ?
