1221:Unable to obtain update list
im getting this error after reinstalling PR on my machine, i got the 1.4.1.0 full game download is this happening to anyone else?

Same here. I've read carefully the answer above but I have v1.3.9.0 Any patch to v1.4.0.0 to avoid overall uninstall and reinstall of the WHOLE game? Or any ideas how to update in my situation??
