Replace RKG to frag on STD kit
Hello
as we all know all normal factions on l-at kit have normal frag nades even idf with low dmg m72.
Some factions ( like militia or taliban) doesn't have frag on their l-at kits instead they have rkg. Which is pretty bad against inf. Usually rkg used to kill damaged vehicle or kill some shitty armored vehicle = with this tasks 1 rkg can do very well. I know with this badabum stick you can kill even a tank, but in reallity 90% of fight you need frag nades to fight against inf.
So my suggestion is: remove one rkg nade from STD lat and add one frag nade. At the end we can get 1rkg 1frag on the STD kit which will be more universal at inf-at fight than ALT at-at fight. Or if it is impossible just replace both rkg to frag on STD.

How about... (this is pretty radical), but how about getting a squadmate to do the infantry part and you do the AT part. I know, this rocket science, but maybe if try to think about it... maybe.
I also want a kit with AR, RPG and GLTD, make it called PRO kit or something. Please DEVs. I want to go lonewolfing and rek everything.

Or if it is impossible just replace both rkg to frag on STD.
I admit that I did not correctly said about "impossible" i mean and engine and balance.
Hello. You can easily join any server with gamemode AAS. When loaded press capslock join squad with 3+ member and choose LAT kit. Im saying that everybody else has anti infantry capability, LAT kits have more AT capability and less AP capability. If you are lonewolfing i can see you need a normal greanade, but when you have a squad of people that have normal greanades, you simply ask them to throw it on enemy infantry.

It's ain't about lonewolfing, it's about some consistensy between kits.
As for example, rest of factions have proper lat kits with AT + 2 nades, capable of infantryfighting, while being hamas, miltia, taliban you have too much AT for your job.

in general it is cheaper to buy AT grenades compared to an entire rocket launching(or even missile launching) system, so that's probably why less-conventional forces use them instead of traditional hand grenades. their warheads can also be very dissapointing(ALONG WITH THE MASSIVE AMOUNT OF FCKING MISSES THAT PEOPLE DO) so it's not a surprise that they have some alternatives.
generally I'll only have my lat have to engage maybe 1-2 times on average, and generally there will be ammunition nearby and the lat will not miss the shot(unless they are on unconventional team so they can say allahu ackbar and miss everything).
so the thing is.. giving conventional AT more methods to fight will be a bit weird.

back onto the point:
and here's a big thing, for wahtever reason, i actually tend to splinter off my lat/hat with a single rifleman on unconventional teams and have them ambush armor further down the road while the rest of the squad of 6 will be farther back, nearly always overt when in contact and making a big ruckus.
this is just because I have my squad play a looser style(in attempt to inflict as many casulties as possible) and would rather have the AT survive and ambush armor, instead of keeping him with the squad where he may die or get shot by the piece of armor meant to only kill my squad and myself(of 6, excluding the splinter cell of 2)
and with this tactic, i've actually had more success than the traditional/conventional keep-everyone-within-30meters type of tactic where I would usually be able to have a squad-asset with me within seconds, because again it's a looser playstyle.
so intentional or unintentionally, the way the kits are atm actually make sense.
also you have to note that LAT is literally called rifleman-anti-tank, their role in the squad is to be a rifleman while providing anti-tank support. this is why they have smokes and grenades and a full length rifle/carbine complete with optic.

The RKGs have been totally useless for some time now, especially when they are given to Iraqi rifleman kits, I guess just to screw over the Iraqi Insurgents.

That is a bug I pointed out(ins_rpg7 does the lowest amount of damage among LATs that I could find) a long time ago.PeppeJ wrote:They do more damage than the RPG but whatever.
Apparently dev response was "it's based on number of rockets"(while disregarding the fact it's a very limited pick up kit that people can't spawn with, and it has no/less effective anti personnel weapon other than the rockets, back when pistol can't kill with a whole mag to torso).
