Is the comm rose audible for "Get In" correct?

I was playing this map recently on NVA and a mic-less squad mate stated in squad chat that the comm rose for "get In" meant "Get out". I know nothing of this language, so can not say either way. The squadmate was either serious or a serious troll. He claimed he understood the language.

Could it be possible the in and out phrases are correct, just reversed?
What does the "Bail Out" audible mean?
