Lower the arming distance for underbarrel grenade launcher

Knowing that firefights in PR are scaled down to about 1/2-1/3 of their real life counterparts, the minimum range of the grenade launcher should be lowered as well. It would make grenade launcher a more viable offensive weapon.

The grenade launcher is already more than viable in the right hands. With 20 Grenades to spare and a huge splash radius. It doesn't need to be turned into a 1-shot kill at any distance weapon.
