Kashan desert: entering vehicle and seats keep changing on their own??

Hi,
on every map on =HOG= server but not other servers
=HOG= server
1.4.20.0
when ever i join a =HOG= server and enter a vehicle my seats changes to the last one possible all the time on every asset possible...
this has happen on 2 different maps on =HOG= kashan desert and the other map name i forgot,
it happens after 5-10 seconds or 2 seconds but not as soon as i get in a vehicle so it's kinda random when it happens but it happens,
other than that i can't say anything it's just that using assets is impossible because of this..
p.s. my keyboard is not the issue... i use some software to see what keys are being pushed on my keyboard and the seat changing keys or any other keys were never active...
also this seat changing thing still happens if i enter the vehicle and not press anything
