Component 'COMCTL32.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid

I got this message when I tried to run the downloaded tool, can you help me resolve it?

Comctl32.ocx is a Visual Basic 6.0 runtime file that's not included in Windows 10.
