BFMesh Viewer problem/Error message

Component 'COMCTL32.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid
I got this message when I tried to run the downloaded tool, can you help me resolve it?

Comctl32.ocx is a Visual Basic 6.0 runtime file that's not included in Windows 10.

Additional Runtimes
These system files may, or may not, be needed to run BfMeshView on your computer. If BfMeshView refuses to start, place these files inside the BfMeshView executable directory.
