Launch freezing - help?

I had PR before, and I know my username and password. I reinstalled the game after I've been away for a while and now when I go to retrieve my acc, I enter user and pw but when I click 'retrieve' launcher simply freezes...actualy it doesn't freeze but nothing happens and I cant click anything after that. Heres an screenshot



Same thing happens when I try to create new account.
Please help?

I have this exact same issue along with other problems starting the launcheur
