Is it normal to have 30 FPS in this game with 4 GB RAM , Intel Celeron J1900 1.99Ghz and AMD Radeon R7 200 Series ? I don't know much about this stuff so I am just asking if its normal...
Btw when I get into the middle of action its less then 20 fps

Edo, this is expected for an embedded system which you have,
The better answer should be get better hardware or reduce settings and thats a conservative statement for even me because I am all for cheap systems that run PR. According to my own research, look to spend around 13,593.32 for a system that can run PR very well at 1080p, 4x AA on high.
I'm actually surprised at Alons answer; The dev team looking at reducing quality (assumption) so others with (laughably sub-par) systems can play. I think in 2018 where affordable hardware is in abundance on second hand market, such dedication wont bring about improvements worth the time, especially in light of an embedded system.
