Many bugs on spawned vehicles via debug
For example, when I spawn russian Bmp3 through chat (debug) the vehicle will not shot antitank missile (ATGM), maybe sometimes when you spawn just one vehicle. But when you spawn more of them, it definitely won't work. Also sometimes even basic machinegun in this vehicle doesnt work, not just in BMP3 but also in LAV25.
HOW do you see it doesnt work?
You can hear sound, u can see effect in vehicle, but there are no hits on walls, or you can not kill anybody, or you cant shot down any enemy vehicle with ATGM
Aanother bug when I spawn BMP3 in one night Syrian map (there is only one night map which is Syria and there are singleplayer BMP3, i just forgot name) that it doesnt even render. vehicle is invisible, you can just see two antenas, nothing more.. Also when u are driving it and you pickup some people, you can see them like they are sitting in the air (its funny tho)

Do you wait the 30 seconds warmup?
I do huge amounts of work with such spawned vehicles and I've never noticed any issues.

No, I spawned singleplayer vehicle, and that syrian map is Sbeneh Outskirts Alt, but shooting bug appears on most maps. Also in groznyj. I can upload some videos/screenshots.
Which warmup do you mean ? I'm spawning vehicles about one or two minutes after game start

Do you spawn the _bf2 type? Do you wait enough time for the weapon to switch?

Invisible BMP with antenna only means you spawned the wrong faction version for it, and therefore the texture is missing.

Yes I spawn bf2 type (that one is singleplayer vehicle) , and I waited enough

make sure you spawn the vehicle that is actually on the map

IF you spawn something that isn't on the map the game will crash or it won't render.
BF2 types might be missing some weapons.

For now, ATGM is working, but machinegun is not. Its 4th spawned vehicle of BMP-2

hmmm, today I realised, that its not bugged as "its not shooting", It is shooting, but not as your aim pointer is aiming. Its shooting in total different spot.
FOR EXAMPLE
I was Aiming on Enemy vehicle, but I killed my teammate which was behind me. So when I turned by about 120°, i've seen my dead teammate and many holes in wall (from my machinegun on BMP3)
Also ATGM is buggy most times too, on spawned vehicles (mostly BMP-3) it shots missile into total different spot, and not where I am aiming.

Soooo, I tried to spawn many and many vehicles. But I've seen only LAV-25 with some bugs, but BMP3 is most buggy, Guys try to check it,
because bugged BMP3s are not only rcon spawned. Even stock BMP3s, those which are respawned after death have bugged machinegun (shooting in to total different point, as pointer is showing) and also bugged ATGM which doesnt shot, just makes sound. Not always, but most times.

@Arab will get to that eventually, but these are unused vehicles and we have better things to do.
