Mumble on local server

When i joined my local Test Bootcamp server i created a squad and then is started hearing people talking in mumble (local,squad,SL radio), they could also hear me when i was talking to them. I couldnt see the chat. After i disconnected the server i looked at the SSG server info(people on the server) and that was the server what i heard the mumble from.
Also i am banned from SSG
