[WIN10] Stuck on 15% loading for a while, brief freezing in-game

Hi all. First of all, my PC might be from 2011 but is still quite decent.
OS: Win10
CPU: i5 2500k
GPU: GTX 770
RAM: 8GB
and I also have a 250GB SSD, which PR is installed on.

Now the problem is obviously that whenever I load a map, the game is stuck at 15% for maybe 1:30-2min which can be kinda frustrating as I get late to join squads that are otherwise filling up at the start of games. Strangely enough this is only recent. I installed PR for the first time in a year, and last year I didn't have any problems with long loading times

Also I have these occasional short freezes in-game which can be VERY annoying and game-ruining. These happens maybe once or twice every minute

Hope some of you got any solutions for this
