Game Freeze then get auto kick

Now ever since 1.6, there has been this freeze and auto kick that follows after it happens at random times. Now that 1.6.0.1 is out the changelog said it was fixed but that's not the case its nowhere near fix since I play from the update I have frozen twice and kicked afterward. I don't know what the cause of this might be but it needs to be fixed. I cant play PR like this. it doesn't matter which server I go to its the same problem.

Thanks, I think the DEV's are aware that it is still not working as intended.

It was a potential fix in 1.6.0.1, not one we were 100% sure would solve all causes of the kicks. We continue to look into it. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I also encounter the same problem. I can't discern the pattern or behavior to give a substantial feedback as basis for debugging because the random kick is intermittent. I understand it will be extremely difficult to harden your code unless it can be exactly replicated. In any case, I wish you devs luck and I am hoping for the solution eventually.

I wish to add some of my observations to this topic.

1.I don't seem to get kicked if I'm doing nothing, or doing things that I already have been doing.
2.Having many programs working in the background (audio player, browser, communicators) seems to make things worse(get me kicked faster).
3.When I was talking to my friends that also have same problem it seems that they all have weaker PCs.

If I were to guess, reason for kicks is when game is uploading additional data in to memory and the API is probably detecting this as potential 3rd party software interfering in to game operational data.

Yeah indeed noticed that too always happened when I like jump into a vehicle, specially the landing craft in Omaha pretty much always happened with this one, sometimes it’s when I give up/get revived or swapping kit . Never happened when I’m watching the map. Last time it happened was at the scoreboard before loading next map.

PRMumble seems to ALWAYS make it happen when it get disconnected and reconnect or just when connecting at the beginning of the game if I already spawned, if mumble connect before my first spawn that’s usually the following Minutes are the longest play time I can get.

In short if I just quick join a server and spawn straight away it will get me kicked instantly... still cannot rejoin the server or another one once I get kicked have to relaunch the whole game most off the time to dare try it again ...

I can definitely confirm that PRmumble is an issue there because I just played a full round (first time ) and mumble crashed in the beginning and never restarted (first time also lol) and I never been kicked the whole game.

Maybe but I just tried before to close mumble when it was running good on purpose and once it reconnect if I’m back in the game not desktop I got kicked by the server 100% of the time (tried 3 times, 3 times kicked/not crash) so it seems that in my case looks pretty related no?
