Setup.exe not extracting

So I downloaded the game and was trying to install it but the setup.exe file would extract to where I chose. I then tried to move it manually but it said I had to be log on as an admin to do so (I'm already as an admin so I don't understand why this is going on). Does anyone know how can I fix it? is this even in the right place?

Done, antivirus was deleting the file. Sorry for the trouble,
