Can't install, "This app can't run on your PC"

Hello, I'm on a windows 10 computer, I downloaded PR2 but when I try to run the setup, I get the following message :
"This app can't run on your pc to find a version for your pc check with the software publisher"

Some solutions are proposed on the internet but none worked for me, it seems it's just a problem with the game being incompatible with my pc I guess ?

Does anyone have a solution ? Thank you

Your anti virus probably prevented writes to the file.
