How do I take off restrictions such as the number of players to request kits and things like that?

Just curious if there is a way to fixate subkeypads (map coords) where mortar shells landed other than just observe it from above? Or areas hit on the target? I'd love to get that in text form somehow.

It would also be cool to be able to get health status of bots. And yet cooler would be being able to place them on certain map locations.
