How do i get unbanned?

My friend and I were play on some server called Veterans gaming, and we were orginising and got a tank then we got kicked, we came back and enter the tank and some guy says we need to go to a Tank squad and instantly we get banned, we didnt even had time to switch squad. How were we suppost to know that, we are new players.
