Updater not found please reinstall blablabla ... Error

I installed 1.6.3 to a clean directory, then after downloading update 1.6.3.1 error message appears.

To solve this problem, make copy of the file PRUpdater.exe with name Updater.exe in the same directory!

The start menu/desktop shortcut is just broken, has the wrong working directory. Use launch the launcher directly when updating
