Coop game crashes or closes unexpectedly

Hi everyone

I like to play in coop mode with my brother. Me in a PC and him in a notebook. But every time he tries to join in the local server I have created, the game closes. And vice versa. The game plays well in both computers in coop mode, but closes every time when tries to join in a local server. And shows no error message or anything (shows the normal "Cleaning Resources" message). Other games in lan mode plays with no problems. How can I fix this?

Are both of you using online accounts?
Coop will always be unstable. Try playing it on servers, they're more stable.

No, with offline profiles. We play PR for over ten years now (since 0.7 i think). It always worked in coop mode with offline profiles. But it has stopped working since the last updates.
