Launcher not opening

I just installed the game when i try to launch the game nothing would show up it only works if i open it from games driectory but only the singleplsyer mode because login doesnt open either.(update also doesnt open)

Run prlauncher manually, its in the mods/pr/bin directory.
Use it to update to the last version.

I have already tried thoose they also dont open or show anything they are only visible in the task manager but dont do anything.
