How do you use rcon commands to fly a 2 seater helicopter in singleplayer/coop?

I saw once in a video a long time ago of a guy in a cas helicopter flying, there was no one flying in the first seat but he was in the second seat shooting at stuff in test airfield.

He was using a command to give him momentum or something.

I was wondering if anyone can tell me the command

Probably me

"rcon physics select" to select the object you're in
"rcon physics speed x y z" to select the speed vector

This is advanced debug, please don't ask me to make it accessible/simpler
