Impact point dont move and stuck in the center of the hud. Tested on local and on server. Tested on two different laptops with windows 7/8. Running from admin, disabling Antivirus, deleting cache,rebooting - nothing works. Any ideas what it could be caused by?

We found it. Enable dynamic shadows to make it work for now.
