Several Bugs

Just to make it easier and not create one for all the bugs I've encountered so far

British aircrafts on Icebound LRG can not rearm (Haven't tested other layouts)
Ju87 Stuka gunner can not exit aircraft after entering.
Bf109G6 using MG17(7.92) instead of MG 131 (13mm)
BF106G6 having incorrect ammo pool, should be 200 rounds of 20mm and 600 rounds of 13mm.

This one actually seems to be a feature.

Updated the BF109 to use MG131

One more thing. Elevator on P-51 is moving wrong way. When diving elevator should go down but it goes up instead and vice versa.

The issue has been resolved. Just restart and try updating again
