Graphics are glitchy on Intel 4400 graphics

Graphics are glitchy on Intel 4400 graphics

not only they are glitchy with artifacts around objects, objects disapear and reappear, but also I cant access the graphics settings (it's grey).
Any reasonable advices besides upgrading/dating anything?
