Training Kits

Pickup training kits, are kits spawnable using rcon, like pickup_ninja. It should be usable by both teams in a map.
The primary goal is marksmanship practice with guns and grenades, and not some sort of paintball.
Kits keypoints:
- Extra ammo and grenades.
- It has a lot of field dressings.
- Grenades that behave like normal ones but don't cause damage. Making it easy to train players without mass teamkills every few minutes(or seconds). This also speeds up training quite a lot because there aren't precautions and spacing needed to it.
- Weapons that don't cause damage and creates a very noticiable dust on hit, colored if possible. This is specially useful for weapons like MGs and ATs, making it simple to have targets that won't be destroyed/killed in one or two hits, but keeping a way to verify a hit. E.g moving targets being shot by several different players, being that the target is a player on foot or vehicle that when killed is very time consuming to reset into position.
