The going prone bug

This one I have experienced at least since 1.4. Rarely happens but when it does... It makes you instantly stand up even when you press Z every other time. Anybody else seen this one?

I just got a medic before this happened, but also I accidentally canceled out prone before getting healed by holding CTRL and Z at the same time. So 2 possible causes. The attached video is just me pressing Z in a timed manner to show the problem. 1 Z press every 2 seconds. I am not spamming it

Its sort of like that other bug that doesn't let you sprint when you spawn, like you attempt to multiple time. It prevents you doing what you need to do
