interesting bug

i bought a new computer a few days ago and the game is running flawlessly but there is a problem that is making the game unplayable for me, all kinds of different icons are getting stuck in the center of my screen right where my sights line up. It can be a flag, SQ lead indicator, any of the icons. I've switched around all the settings to make sure it wasn't the configuration, I did a clean install and I updated the drivers. Not sure what else I could try.

Part of the problem is the 3D map icon bind, when I press the bind (ALT) the icons disappear and most of the problem goes away but then probably2 minutes after i'll have someone's name tag or a green triangle stuck in the middle of my screen again. Hope I can eliminate whatever the problem is since this is the only video game I really want to play.
