First I would like to apologize. I haven't played PR in a few years.
Please be gentle with me if this seems like an ultra noob question !
I have a missunderstanding when it comes to the actual gameplay of the map ADAK(with bots).
While playing as Chinese, after 10 minutes, the 'team tickets/points' start to 'consume themselves' at a pretty fast pace, I think this is what 'bleeding' means.
My question is, is there a way to prevent that ?
While playing with bots, its a bit impossible in the first 10 minutes to already capture the second point.
After the first point is captured, 10 minutes pass and our tickets 'bleed'. The 'tickets'number start to flash and 5-8 ticket goes per 1 second.
Is that a bug, or am I missing something ?
If so, can I somehow edit this 'bleeding' system to remove it ?

Hello and welcome back!
So far adak has only one coop layer which was made by me, since it is large layer i am trying to make all of my large layers to be difficult while being fun and also different from other easy run down coop maps.
Since it was made for difficulty it will also require large numbers of players, mostly full server, and this ticket bleed is supposed to be another element to fight for the player team, because in coop its pretty much always win or draw because round has ran out of time.
The first 3 flags Radar, Factory and Sub Pen has very large ticket bleed which will begin after a short while of the map start. These flags are usually very simple to get in multiplayer but i can see it to be very challenging for singleplayer. It's not simple to make balanced maps for multiplayer and singleplayer. It may be possible for other layers than Large.
First way to get around this is to have ticket multiplier raised which will double or even quadruple the ticket count for both teams giving you much more time to fight, mostly coop servers run with 4 multiplier which will make the ticket count times 4, so on adak you would have around 4k tickets giving you enough time to fight with.
Second way would be simply removing ticket bleed from these flags in the file it self, but i would recommend backing up the original file before editing anything.
If you wanna edit layers your self, you will need a simple text editor, navigate to
Project Reality BF2\mods\pr\levels\adak\gamemodes\gpm_coop\128
Here you will find GamePlayObjects, simply right clicking and opening with notepad will do, but before you edit any of these, make a copy somewhere else in case you will want to play on live servers again.
There is a simple find option in notepad where you can type exact word to look for

Look for this line, the number may be different, simply remove these from all flags and you wont have any ticket bleed.
You may also find this line ObjectTemplate.areaValueTeam2 99999 which is usually placed on last flag, this one is a winning flag so it makes one team win, you should keep that in if you dont wanna play forever though i think this line is not needed anymore since the game has now a script that will start a very quick ticket bleed if all flags are lost.
In case you are too lazy to change anything, here is a modified adak file, just replace it (make a backup of the original one) i have removed some of the largest ticket bleed lines which should now make it much more easier for you.
