Vehicle Warfare changes

Thank to U777 server I had opportunity to play this game mode quite often. I really like it, however there is one thing that feels outdated and don't really fit to PR - one man vehicles. I know a lot of people probably don't care about it, but I think this is the reason why. It's a little bit frustrating to play that way if we compare it with standard modes. This game mode is also perfect to actually learn, or at least, how to better use assets.

My idea is instead of one-crew vehicles it should have normal crew layout but without normal crew limits. What I mean is VV vehicles shouldn't kick out player that take a gunner seat without enough players in squad.

We have vehicle warfare layers with oneman tanks and normal crewed ones. The oneman versions usually preferred for lower population servers.
