Up to date information on ticket loses?

Hey all,

I can't find any updated information (latest versions) on how tickets are influenced AAS.

Specifically:

How many tickets does a commander lose if they die in the field?

Do you lose tickets if a flag is just neutralised (not fully capped)?

1) Same as everyone else: 1 ticket for being wounded, another one for being dead-dead (2 ticket lost if it's insta dead-dead)
2) No. You only lose 30 tickets if a flag that was previously fully capped by you is fully capped by an enemy.
