Can't download "Dependencies that are reqired to run BF:PR2"

Hey,

I had to reset my computer recently due to a corruption issue. I redownloaded PR but when I try to run it, it says I need to download the dependencies "Microsoft Visual C++ Redistribution Package 2015-2019 (x86)" and "DirectX 9.0c".

When I download them however and refresh the option to download they is still there. Hitting ignore and trying to run the game anyway doesn't work. Am I downloading them into the wrong place or is there something else I am missing?

You need to install them after downloading.
