How to fix mumble disconnection?

After 1.5 year pause i decided to join back PR. I used to play normally with servers and mumble, but after i rejoined the game mumble didn't work. I followed VG and PR discord support advice and talked about this issue. I checked forums regarding this issue, the only thing i have found is mumble is blocked in some countries. Mumble itself show disconnected when i am in game. I tried every possible solution. The only problem is that in mumble setting there is no server connection.

1-- my input/output for mumble setting are green
2-- my mic and speakers work fine
3-- i cannot find VG or any server name for mumble. However i can see other mumble servers for germany and eu.
4-- i checked every setting check in Win 10 have been tried, no change.

After you join a server, ALT+TAB, open PRMumble in system tray, screenshot or copy the console output and paste here.
