This is not a bug but a technical support issue on your computer/internet.

Send the entire support info. Those two lines are just warnings about missing translation.

Ok, thanks. There is nothing critically wrong, but your computer is on the very bottom of PR system requirements.

Topic says the issue is "crash" but the in the text you say the issue is actually "disconnect", which is a sign of network problems. In general, you should always use wired internet connection when playing PR. WiFi is not reliable enough.

You might want to check if there is something in you router that gets you disconnected, like firewall that cannot handle all the traffic. Or your internet connection might just be too unreliable.

Because your computer is so old, make sure there is nothing else running in the background when you play. Check that Game Mode is on in Windows, and manually add PR to the list of detected games. First launch the game then press Win+G to launch Game Bar, open Game Bar settings and select checkbox "Remember this is a game".

Game Bar should be installed by default but if it's not, it can be downloaded from Microsoft Store.
