what i tried to do to solve it :
i tried deleting all profiles with the following names 0001 , 0002 .
i tried resetting profiles inside the game launcher .
tried different names but nothing worked .
i also the profiles i already had were not working and i could not retrieve any existing profile bec everytime i do i get the same error.
also every new profile i try to create after i get i get the error and open the game launcher i find this new profiles names inside the retrieve existing profile section
