UI Disappearing

This spikes up on occasion, and lasts for a few minutes, or seconds. It gets extremely annoying..

Also icons that are specific to PR such as the Rally point icon on the map gets all blurred up and unreadable.

I have had this problem with another game as well. If you have an ATI card, turn your Catalyst A.I. off.
